About Gift Vouchers - (Updated 20-02-2025)
These terms and conditions govern the use of gift vouchers purchased at I-chai. By purchasing or using a gift voucher, you agree to these terms and conditions.

• Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
• Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Gift vouchers can only be redeemed on food.
• Customers must notify the team when booking a table if they intend to use a gift voucher.
• Gift vouchers cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
• There is no change when a voucher is redeemed. Vouchers are ONE-TIME use.
